How to bake frozen empanadas at home

Egg wash

1. Take your empanadas out of the freezer before preheating the oven

2. Preheat oven between 425-450 degrees

3. Place frozen empanadas on an oven safe tray over parchment paper 1" apart

*Optional* Brush with egg wash (one egg and a splash of milk whisked) for a golden finish

4. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes until golden brown

*Pro Tip: Rotate the tray about halfway through cooking time for a nice, even finish*

5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

6. Enjoy with our house made chimichurri sauce!
